Shipping


We use USPS Priority shipping for all items. Packages usually arrive within 3 business days.

All orders placed before 3PM eastern time will be shipped the same business day.

Items are only shipped Monday-Friday.

We ship items to US and Canada.

 

Returns


Any merchandise that you don’t love may be returned or exchanged for store credit.

NO REFUNDS will be issued.

Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange/store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, damage free.

Proof of purchase must be provided.

Several types of items are exempt from being returned

Non-returnable items:

– Gift cards.

– Accessories.

– Handbags.

-Any SALE Items.

-White clothing.

-Sequin Clothes.

-Embroidery and lace items.

-​Underwear and beachwear.

Exchange (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you if your exchange has been approved. ( please send us a picture of the damaged or defected item.)

If you are approved, then your exchange/store credit will be processed within a couple of days.

Sale and Discounted items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale and discounted items CANNOT be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, however, all items are inspected prior to leaving our store.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a gift certificate to the email and name under the order.
